Muramasa: The Demon Bladeby ~xUshiwakax

Again a new pixel art, and again an exercise, this time on raw curves, basic diagonals, concrete objects and frame structure. I'm more satisfied with this one than with my previous one. I tried different aspect so the outcome may looks like a "patchwork", but seperate the different "plan" was wanted, 'cause it remind me all the old sidescrollers

Maybe I'll try a vertical version why another background, if I finish the sprite (the flowers near the legs and the scabbard really discouraged me).

Momohime from Muramasa the Demon blade, by Vanillaware. Character design by George Kamitani, amazing artist! Also inspired by games such as Okami or snes games.
